Honey and Mustard salad dressing

So, this is a simple and easy home made honey and mustard dressing that can be enjoyed on salads, or on vegetables; it's also a more flavoursome alternative to the standard olive oil and balsamic vinegar with bread.  I have no idea the exact amount (in ml) of ingredients because I don't know how much this particular glass tube hold, but to give you an idea, it's about the size of my fist.  However, this does not matter very much as all you need is equal ratios of each ingredient!

Ingredients:

  • A few pepper corns
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • x2 garlic cloves - chopped small enough to fit through the top of the bottle
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Standard drizzly honey (I used Rowse squeezy honey)
  • x4 tbsp of whole grain mustard
NB: remember to use a funnel when adding the ingredients.  And to get the best flavour, leave it in the fridge for a few days!
Enjoy this tasty dressing on a variety of foods!
