Race for Life

I've always wanted to do Race for Life but I've never managed to get round to it, but now that I've been running for around 6 months I definitely wanted to get involved.  You don't have to be able to run though, you can walk it too!  This year I'm taking part in Race for Life with my boyfriend's mum Kim and we would really appreciate any donations that can be given - below is the link to make online donations through the Race for Life website

Kim and I will be running in the Race for Life 5K, in Windsor on Saturday 2nd July and we would like you to help us raise money for the cause online; it's quick and it's really easy.  Our target donation is £200 but if we exceed this target then that would just be amazing!

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us now you can help more people survive cancer.

Gift Aid - If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you..
Every pound you donate really does make a difference – so please sponsor us now!.

Hope you have all had a nice weekend, Natasha.

It's very admirable that you are doing race for life, it's such a great cause - I have a friend who does it each year and I'd love to join her but I really can't imagine me lasting 5k let alone 10!

Hey Beth-Charlotte :) you don't have to run the race for life; a lot of people walk, or jog, or run, or speed walk.....5K is just over 3 miles so isn't too far anyways. I think if you've got a spare morning you should take part. All the best, Natasha.
